PromptsTime License (draft)

DRAFT - this license is being reviewed before PromptsTime launches paid resources. It describes how we intend resources to be used.

This license explains what you may do with resources you download or purchase from PromptsTime ("resources"): the files, templates, prompts, workflows, guides and examples inside each package.

1. What you may do. You may use a resource and everything you create with it for personal projects and for your business. For resources marked "Commercial use included", you may also use it to create work for clients you serve. You may edit, adapt and combine the templates and prompts as much as you like.

2. What you create is yours. Posts, emails, documents, plans and other outputs you create using a resource belong to you. You do not need to credit PromptsTime.

3. What you may not do. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute a resource or its files, in whole or in part, as they are or with minor changes - for example as a download, a template pack, a course bonus or on a marketplace. You may not share your download link or package with people outside your own organisation.

4. Teams. A resource may be used by the people in your own business or organisation. Agencies may use a resource across the clients they serve, but may not hand the resource files themselves to those clients.

5. AI tools. Resources are designed to be used with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before you publish or send them, and for following the terms of the AI tools you use.

6. Examples. Example businesses in resources are fictional and for illustration. Example outputs were produced with the prompts in the resource and are shown so you can judge quality before you use it.

7. No guarantees. Resources are provided as they are. They are practical tools, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Results depend on how you use them.

8. Changes and questions. We may update this license; the version that applied when you obtained a resource continues to apply to that resource. Questions: use the Support page.
